We source and supply fire protection products with quality control and product-specific testing and certification documentation. We help you bring products and construction solutions to market under your own brand, including components used within wider fire safety systems.
Product sourcing, supplier coordination and rigorous quality control around your technical and commercial requirements.
THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR YOUR PORTFOLIOIn-house development testing and coordination of the testing and certification documentation required for the intended market and application.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC EVIDENCEProducts carrying your brand, identification and specifications, with logistics coordination from supplier to your business.
YOUR PRODUCT. YOUR BRAND.Testing provides evidence of performance under defined fire conditions, supporting informed decisions to help protect people.
Appropriate test and classification evidence supports assessment against applicable building regulations and the intended use.
Correctly specified and installed systems can help limit fire spread and damage to buildings and assets.
Documented fire protection may support an insurer's assessment. Any effect on premiums or cover depends on the insurer and the project.
Traceable products and clear technical information give specifiers and customers greater confidence in their choices.
Performance and compliance depend on the tested configuration, classification, field of application and installation. A component's results do not automatically establish the performance of a complete system.
OUR LABORATORY / ZUMARRAGA, SPAIN
03 / R&D FACILITIES
Our in-house facilities in Zumarraga include industrial ovens for fire tests. We carry out controlled testing of construction materials and systems to understand their behaviour under fire exposure and inform product development.
Testing helps us compare solutions, refine materials and identify the evidence needed for the intended application.
In-house development tests are distinct from formal certification. Ask us about the applicable test methods, reports and certification requirements for your product.

Two development examples show how we would approach a product brief, from technical requirements to application support.
Illustrative workflows, not reports of completed projects. No product classification, certification or test result is claimed.
DEVELOPMENT EXAMPLE / 01
Timber has an important role in more sustainable construction. The brief: explore a varnish system that balances the desired finish with the fire performance requirements of its intended use.
Define the timber substrate, application, appearance and target fire performance. Distinguish reaction-to-fire requirements from the fire resistance of a structural element, and agree the applicable standards.
Prepare coated samples, compare formulations and define the formal testing and classification needed for the proposed use. Any claim must be supported by evidence for the relevant substrate and coating system.
Establish surface preparation, application quantities, drying conditions and quality checks. Prepare product information and private-label supply requirements.
DEVELOPMENT EXAMPLE / 02
The brief: source sealing materials from China for use in fire door assemblies, with controlled quality, appropriate documentation and private-label presentation.
Define seal dimensions, materials, installation details and the target door assembly. Identify fire and, where relevant, smoke-control requirements for the destination market.
Review samples, supplier quality controls and supporting reports. Assess the testing needed for the intended door assembly; a seal's performance alone does not establish a door's classification.
Agree installation guidance, traceability, labelling and ongoing quality checks. Coordinate branding, packaging and logistics around the client's requirements.
